1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or materially different products. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Mandatory Video Evidence

All claims must include a single, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel, opening process, and defect/damage.

 

3. Non-Returnable Products

Sale/promotional items or items marked Final Sale are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

 

4. Return Approval Process

All requests undergo verification. Approval or rejection is communicated within 2–4 business days.

 

5. Pick-Up & Return Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible; otherwise, customers may need to ship items. Any charges will be communicated.

 

6. Quality Check (QC)

Refunds or replacements are processed only after QC confirms the defect/damage.

 

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after QC approval:

- Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method

- COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Refunds take 5–7 business days.

 

8. Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

 

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the product value. We are not responsible for indirect losses or post-delivery damage.
