1. Can I return my order?
Yes — but only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not working. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. What proof do I need to submit?
We require a single, uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the parcel, the opening process, and the defect/damage.
3. Can I return products bought on sale or during promotions?
No. Sale or promotional items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
4. What reasons are not accepted for returns?
We do not accept returns for incorrect orders placed by the customer, change of mind, lack of need, post-use damage, or missing/unclear video evidence.
5. How do I request a return?
Email us with your order ID, unboxing video, and issue description. We will reply within 2–4 business days.
6. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds take 5–7 business days:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer
7. Will I get a replacement?
Yes, subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
8. Will I be charged for return shipping?
We arrange pickups where possible. If unavailable, you may need to ship the item. Any charges will be communicated beforehand.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Only before it is shipped.
