- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

- Phone number unreachable
- Delivery refused
If an order returns to us due to failed delivery:
- We can re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply).
- COD orders must be converted to prepaid for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears tampered or damaged:
1. Do NOT accept the parcel.
2. Ask the courier to mark it as "Return to Sender".

7. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, logistics issues, or courier delays. We will assist in tracking the order but are not liable for courier-side delays.
