An unboxing video helps validate issues such as transit damage, missing items, or defects. It ensures transparency and allows faster resolution.

 

2. Mandatory Conditions for Unboxing Videos

- Must be a single, uncut, unedited video.

- Show all sides of the sealed outer package.

- Display the shipping label clearly.

- Record the entire opening process.

- Show the product from multiple angles.

- Clearly highlight any defects or issues in the same video.

 

3. Situations Where the Video is Mandatory

- Damaged product received

- Defective or non-functional item

- Missing items

- Incorrect product received

- Tampered or opened packaging

 

4. What Will Not Be Accepted

- Edited or cut videos

- Videos recorded after the package is opened

- Videos without clear visibility of the issue

- Videos that do not show the full unboxing process

- Photos instead of videos

 

5. Tips for a Valid Unboxing Video

- Record in good lighting

- Keep the product in frame throughout

- Use a stable surface

- Keep the video steady or ask someone to assist

 

6. Submission of Unboxing Video

- Description of the issue

We will respond within 2–4 business days.

 

7. Final Decision

Approval of returns or replacements is based on:

- Video verification

- Physical QC inspection (if returned)
